Why change mindsets?
Organizations must adapt continuously to changing circumstances, yet employees' willingness to change has dramatically decreased. Furthermore, the speed and complexity of these changes require more than just different behavior.
Employees must develop future-proof mindsets to build the organizations of tomorrow. These mindsets include customer orientation, innovativeness, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
This requires an approach to change that empowers employees to take ownership of these mindsets and proactively contribute to the desired change.

What is a mindset, really?
It is not a loose attitude or belief. It is a set of implicit assumptions, values, and beliefs that determine how a person looks, thinks, and acts. It's the mental logic behind behavior, often unconscious yet decisive.
Mindset change is complex, and there is no quick fix. Furthermore, the culture and system within an organization can perpetuate existing mindsets or hinder desired ones.
At coliberate, we take mindset change seriously. With the right approach, it is absolutely possible, and the journey can even be enjoyable.
Our vision on mindset change
It's not about convincing or explaining. A mindset cannot be forced on anyone; doing so undermines autonomy, ownership, and intrinsic motivation.
Lasting change requires understanding the world of those you wish to influence. Only then can you develop an approach to change that appeals to the right motives and addresses the systems and structures that influence behavior.
We use six lenses to examine the issue, target group, and organization.

Making mindset change work
Discover our MindSetter™
Mindset change is never easy. That’s why we developed a method to make it work. Our method reveals what drives the target group, identifies what’s needed for change, and delivers a concrete action plan to enable lasting change.
Structural and goal-oriented.
Our approach is all about breaking through stuck patterns and achieve lasting change. The MindSetter is the tool that will support leadership teams in their journey towards the desired mindset change.
Efficient and practice-oriented.
The MindSetter is the perfect combination of depth and speed. The steps are quick, effective, and practice-oriented. This approach is a far cry from often lengthy, enigmatic culture change processes that can create uncertainty.
Backed by evidence.
Designed for the future.
With a clear framework, we're in a position to understand what is needed for the desired mindset change. We're teaming up with the leadership team to create a concrete action plan and provide extra tools for implementation.
The methodology
The MindSetter is a structured, phased approach to mindset change. Each phase builds on the previous one – from understanding the challenge, to uncovering underlying mindsets, to defining what’s needed for lasting change. After the Roadmap session, the leadership team takes ownership of the implementation. If needed, we provide targeted support to help roll out key interventions and monitor progress. We’re not here to impose solutions – but to equip your team to lead the change from within.
The MindSetter has given us an objective insight into the needs of our people. The best part is that we now have a concrete action plan and the right tools to achieve the desired mindset change and corresponding goals.
